About
Seek Occupational Therapy
Seek was created from an overwhelming desire to restore independence and confidence to everyone in our care. We appreciate the complexity and uniqueness of each person, therefore our approach is holistic – taking into account mind, body, and emotions with every assessment and treatment.

A brighter, more independent life is possible. At Seek, our greatest desire is to give people tools to free them into who they’re meant to be.

Finding freedom
What is hindering you from walking in your purpose?
What gets in the way of engaging in things you need, want or are expected to do? Is it lack of confidence, anxiety or depression, physical strength or endurance, difficulty with organization and memory?

Independence is the cornerstone of occupational therapy. Anything that gets in the way of your independence is worth exploring!

Hi, pleasure meeting you!
I’m Dr. Steph, occupational therapist and owner of Seek Occupational Therapy.
I’ve spent the last six years working with numerous individuals and families to regain independence. From anxious teens trying to connect with their peers to stressed-out parents seeking tools to regulate, I want to help you build yourself a better life, filled with joy and confidence.

I am based out of Omaha, Nebraska where I live with my husband, two young boys and dog. We have family spread throughout the United States so we often find ourselves traveling to visit them. We enjoy exploring new walking trails and parks, biking, running and spending time with our local friends.

My promise to you
I agree to validate your experiences, avoid judging your situations, and provide a safe space to communicate.
