Occupational therapy-informed coaching uses my occupational therapy background to guide you with practical tools, strategies, and support for everyday life. It’s about skill-building, routines, and emotional regulation, not therapy or medical treatment.

Occupational therapy, by contrast, evaluates and treats functional challenges. In coaching, we focus on what works for you in your life, not on diagnosing or treating conditions.
